A good choice of food at the low cost breakfast. Very very helpful, excellent people working here. Absolutely perfect location in the very comfortable area, really close to the center of the city, Valladolid, close to major Yucatan attractions and the garden, the pool, the outdoor restaurant, the staff...

This place has a great location near restaurants and a poolside bar, and the room we stayed in was nicely decorated with good air conditioning and a charming Mayan Mexican theme.

The personnel were extremely helpful and very amiable and gave us loads of advice. The queen room was brand-new, tastefully decorated, with a large bathroom. An electric kettle and coffee were provided.
The staff - some of them were disappointing.

The room was a nice size and brand-new, it had a generous sized bathroom. The service was exceptional, no complaint. The hotel met required needs, I would have extended the stay:)))

The units are attractive and fashionable, equipped with a patio and a king-size bed. Peaceful location with a tennis court in a Mexican-style building. Conveniently located next to the town center in Valladolid for a one-night stay.

Loved the pool and the service! Very friendly and helpful staff. The gardens were well maintained.
It was farther from the center of town than I would have preferred...still walkable but long for 2 kids.

It is a nice hotel, with a colonial look.
It's a bit of a walk to the center of Valladolid, which means taking driving at night or when its really hot.

Great room (we had a king), nice little terrace. Nice Bathroom. Restuarant and poolside was really nice for sundown cocktails. It's a little far from the Downtown plaza, but still walkable. Parking is secure. Very nice grounds and buildings. Clean. Would recommend to others.
Restuarant has a terrible bartender. Pours a bad drink compared to others. Food was ok. No Happy Hour - bad for business.

Very nice hotel & well maintained. Pleasant staff willing & helpful. Beautiful gardens surround the rooms. Enclosed parking off the streets. Would like to see breakfast included in the price. WiFi worked well everywhere. Mattresses were super firm. Could have been a bit softer but better than lumpy! Hotel is not far from central plaza but it would be a good 20-30 minute walk. Good location for those with cars.
WC/Shower Area was a bit tight but clean.

We loved that the staff were all so warm and friendly. We loved learning Mayan and Spanish words from the restaurant staff. They were all so gracious!! We would recommend this hotel in a minute.

the position of the hotel is central, the rooms are provided with very good soaps and nicely arranged towels.
the hotel claims to have 5 stars; it is rather a 3 star hotel. we were asked for a deposit of 20 dollar to receive the key for the safe, we were asked to pay in advance (such behaviour does not apply to a five star hotel!). The hotel rooms are quite dark since they have small windows. There is no lift to get to the upper floor.
